Restoring Synovial Balance in Small Joints
Ostenil Mini injection is specifically designed and licensed for small joints such as the hand, foot, facet joints and the temporomandibular joint, with 1-3 injections spaced one week apart. The purpose of the injection is to restore the amount of hyaluronic acid in the joint, which tends to decrease as a result of osteoarthritis. For treating large joints like the knee, hip, or shoulder it is recommended to use Ostenil 20-40 mg injections.

Duration of Effects
A treatment course of 1 to 3 Ostenil Mini injections helps restore the natural balance of hyaluronic acid breakdown and synthesis in the affected joint. The beneficial effects may last for six months and more.
Method of Use
Remove the pre-filled syringe from the sterile pack, detach the Luer lock cap, attach and secure an appropriate needle (such as 18 to 25G). Before injecting, remove any air bubbles that may be present. Once a week, inject Ostenil Mini intra-articularly into the affected joint for a total of 1-3 treatments. It is possible to treat several joints at the same time.
