A Safe Treatment for Osteoarthritis with Minimal Side Effects

Orthovisc is a highly concentrated injectable solution that was designed to reduce the pain caused by osteoarthritis and improve joint functionality. The product is based on sodium hyaluronate (NaHA), which has been processed to a high level of purity and dissolved in physiological saline, making the product both biocompatible and resorbable.

Orthovisc showed statistically and clinically significant pain relief in individuals with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis lasting up to 6 months. Best results are obtained with 3 to 4 injections.
